MyOneSource.com is a profit-sharing enterprise. By submitting articles to this site you agree by the following terms and conditions.

By submitting articles to MyOneSource.com you agree that you own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to the article and its contents.You also agree that the contents of the article are exclusive and original and are not duplicated from another published article. Should you choose to allow your article to be published elsewhere, you agree that it can only be duplicated through MyOneSource.com publishing options. See Publishing Guidelines for more details. You also agree that by allowing others to publish your work you have also agreed to the conditions of the terms of service for publishers. The enforcement of the terms of service is at your own risk and MyOneSource.com is not accountable for any violation of those terms. You are 100% responsible for legal action necessary if a company or person violates your copyright. You have the option to allow others to copy your article or to keep it exclusive to MyOneSource.com.

By submitting articles to MyOneSource.com you give MyOneSource.com permission to publish said articles on this site indefinitely. By agreeing to these terms you give MyOneSource the option of publishing or denying publication of any articles at any time. We are dedicated to quality and informative content. If we do not feel that your articles reflect the standards of this site, we reserve the right to refuse publication of your article. We also reserve the right to refuse membership or publication for any reason.

If we feel your article has been classified under the wrong heading we reserve the right to move the publication of your article to a new classification or heading. We also reserve the right to duplicate your article ON THIS WEBSITE ONLY if we feel it fits into more than one category.

You agree that your articles are informative and meet the quality standards of other article directories. You are permitted to have links to up to two other websites in the resource box at the end of the article. The resource box can contain affiliate links or links to your own website.  You are permitted to have up to have affiliate links and links to your own websites within the article.  MyOneSource reserves the right to disapprove any article that oversaturates the content with links.  Recommended saturation is one link per 50 words.

You agree to the editorial guidelines and that the content conforms to these rules. You also agree that our editors have the right to edit your article should we feel it does not conform to these rules.

Once your article is published, MyOneSource.com becomes responsible for the operations and distribution of any advertising found on the pages on this site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you, the author, give permission to MyOneSource.com to manage the distribution of profits gained from publication of your article on this site and this site alone. We are not responsible for any advertisements or any profits from advertisements on any other website, newsletter or publication containing the same article. If you choose to let others publish your article from MyOneSource.com, you do with the understanding that they are under no obligation to compensate you for the article or any affiliated advertising.

MyOneSource.com agrees to pay each author 50% of the profit gained from the advertising on the page on which their article appears. You agree that MyOneSource has full control and responsibility of monitoring the profits from each page. MyOneSource.com will pay you 50% of the advertising profit associated with the page on which your article appears withing 30 days of receiving payment from the advertisers or affiliated advertising program.  In order to receive compensation, you, the author, must join Google Adsense and enter your publishers number (pub-xxxxxxxxxx) into your MyOneSource author account.

MyOneSource.com does not guarantee any income from advertisers associated with your article. Furthermore, we do not assume responsibility for any loss or compensation due to a reader purchasing any product, idea or service from any advertisement or third party. Each reader has the right to consume or purchase products or service of their choice. By submitting articles to MyOneSource.com you agree that any revenue generated from this website comes strictly from affiliate links and click advertising that are directly associated with the page on which your article is published. You have no right to any advertising revenue from any other page containing articles for which you have no copyright. You agree that you have no right to any revenue or profits generated from any purchase of a product or service from a third party that may have resulted from a consumer reading your article.

MyOneSource.com does not pay authors for content. Any financial compensation is determined as 50% of the revenue generated from direct advertising links that consumers click from the page on which the article appears.

MyOneSource.com reserves the right to change and modify these Terms and Conditions without notice.

MyOneSource.com and its affiliates do not warrant any legal liability or responsibility for the completeness, usefulness, value, information, or accuracy of the information, contents, or products represented on this site.

MyOneSource is a directory of articles and does not endorse or recommend any product or idea contained in the contents of the articles or affiliated links. The views and opinions of the authors of the submitted articles on this site are owned by them and do not reflect the opinions or views of MyOneSource.com, its employees, or affiliates.
