The Great Ezine Experiment: Trying to remain true to my purpose by giving the readership honest reviews about Internet Marketing E-book, software, and programs, I realize that sometimes it won't be pretty.

I understand this is a good read and draws on an impressive amount of research.

    The Fluoride Deception
    by Christopher Bryson
with a foreword by Dr. Theo Colborn
    Seven Stories Press, May 2004

Here's a review to wet your appetite:

"In much the same way biologist Rachel Carson  warned us over forty years ago in Silent Spring about the havoc and harm being caused by the misuse of persistent pesticides,  journalist Christopher Bryson here lays bare the secret story and hidden dangers of the introduction of fluoride chemicals from the cold war era into our drinking water. The Fluoride Deception presents a scorching indictment of how researchers and health care officials working closely with government agencies, big industry, and their attorneys have allowed themselves to surrender their responsibility for the medical well-being of their fellow citizens."

    - DR. ALBERT W. BURGSTAHLER,
former president of the International Society for Fluoride Research and Emeritus Professor of Organic Chemistry, University of Kansas.

In our struggle to get from one day to the other without creating too much chaos most of us lose focus of the important things in life. The fact is that this is the age of stress and efficiency. The quicker you can finish one task the faster you can move on to another, right? It is like juggling with many balls. Your focus is maintained on ensuring that you don’t drop any of the balls. This is the scenario that ultimately results in dissatisfaction, disharmony and discontent.

Most people spend a fair amount of their day thinking about the way they appear and the fact that they need to lose weight. With the busy lives we lead there is little time and energy for exercise and it is very easy to reach out for your favorite snack every time hunger pangs arise. Putting on weight and fat is as much about lack of understanding of nutrition as it is about eating the wrong kind of food. All of us desire to look attractive and want to have fit bodies and yet our struggle against fat often ends in a stalemate.

They say you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. But while this may be true about books the fact is that every day people judge you by the way you look and appear. Unless you have had a mole, wart or skin tags you cannot understand what it feels like to be able to do nothing to get rid of unsightly moles or warts. The traditional advice is that these should not be touched or attempted to be removed as they may be cancerous but most people who have moles, warts and skin tags on their face of body know how much these skin aberrations can affect their lives.
