This video shows that in order for the international bankers, the same group of people behind the formation of the Federal Reserve, to accomplish their goals of world domination, the chipping of every American will need to take place. Several steps, however, will be involved to make it gradual enough so that the American people will not react to the coming system. They believe that if changes come gradually enough, that their end purposes will not be realized until it is too late.

The first step that will have to occur, in order to subdue every human to their whims, is that a national ID card will need to be issued. The bill that will allow this was passed in 2005, under legislation related to the Homeland Security and War On Terrorism. Called the Real ID Act, it could soon become a reality.
Many people have already heard about this, but few know that it could be reality in less than a year. Called the Real ID card, it will be required that everyone carry it, and it will have the owner’s basic ID information carried on the magnetic stripe on the back.
This is, however, just the starting stages of the real control these men want. The next planned stage for the national ID will be to add a RFID chip onto the card sometime later. This will allow every individual to be tracked - everywhere they go. Most financial transactions will be performed with the card.
The final stage, however, is the one after the chipping of the card. It is at this time that everyone will need to be personally chipped. This will allow tracking of everyone - and one more thing - total control.
The leaders of this movement have declared that when anyone gives them problems, or refuses to cooperate with the plan, that his or her chip will simply be turned off. Since transactions cannot take place without the chip at that time, it would only mean disaster for that person. Obviously, such a system would very strongly urge cooperation from all who are under it.
Right now, the plan is being implemented on a limited basis. All newly issued passports already have the RFID chip in them. Other individuals are working to encourage others to take the chip now, and have already done so. You can expect this to become more common place soon.
For those that may ask how will such a thing come to pass - especially in a freedom loving country? This fifth video in the series carefully explains that the strategy of these men uses a simple divide and conquer approach. Create a common enemy, such as is found in the War On Terrorism, and make everyone afraid.
Once you create suspicion and fear, people will want security. How much this security is desired can be found in the things that have been done in the name of our security - exchanging some rights for more of it. Eventually, because of the purposely-created false fear, that the framers of the one world government system believe that Americans will even be asking for the ultimate security. This, they will be told, can come by taking the chip - and the people will gladly take it.
